- Outage Contact
This is the contact we will reach out to in case of any issues with our system that could impact your service, including weather-related events, system failures, or other disruptions.
Note: We can also send an SMS to the provided phone number if necessary.
Note: Please ensure that the number provided for outage contact is not redirected to i24 so that we can reach you directly. - Decision Maker This is the person responsible for making decisions related to your account and authorized to approve any changes.
- Holiday Alert Contact This is the person we will contact to confirm whether your office will be open or closed during specific holidays and to receive your instructions for those days.
- Accounts Payable This is the contact to whom we will send your invoices and reach out to in case of any billing issues.
- On-Call Manager This is the person responsible for updating your on-call schedule through our Client Portal.
Important Notes:
- If you need more than one person to be notified by email, please create a group email on your end. This allows you to manage and update the members of each group easily and ensures smoother communication and maintenance for both parties.
- If one person handles multiple roles, please enter their information separately for each role to ensure all communications are correctly directed.
